Forecasts suggest that the Clyde Area will be the fastest and largest growing area in the City of Casey region between 2016 and 2031, with a population set to explode from 11,000 people to nearly 100,000 by 2031.

Precinct structure plans have also been implemented to guide the future development of suburbs and according to plans, the Clyde Area will soon benefit from additional schools, shopping centres, medical precincts and recreational facilities, as well as 20,000 new jobs upon the area’s completion.
